Where can I park During my stay?

We are located in the heart of downtown Tyler. Parking on the downtown square, just outside the hotel, is open to the public. All public parking on the downtown square is metered Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. (Metered Parking is represented by dots on the map below) Parking in metered spaces is free after 5pm until 8am the following morning and free from 5pm Friday until 8am Monday morning. Complimentary parking is available at the nearby Fair Plaza Garage 24/7 (1 block away). Our team is always happy to coordinate a curbside baggage drop upon arrival as needed. What is the Cancellation Policy

All reservations are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to check-in date and 50% refundable up to 7 days prior to check-in date. All reservations are considered final and 100% non-refundable within 7 days before your reservation check-in date. Please note that no reservation changes can be made by an employee of The Thomas Hotel without a confirmation number, which will be generated and provided via booking channels at the time of booking. The Thomas Hotel is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, schedule changes, illness, or any other unforeseeable events that may lead to reservation changes or cancellation.

 

 

is payment required upon booking?

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card, with the full amount for room rates and taxes authorized and paid in full at the time of booking.

 

 

What are the hours of the Judge Cocktail Bar?

Our cocktail bar, The Judge, is open Monday-Saturday from 3-8pm to the public and until midnight for guests of The Thomas Hotel.

 

 

Is there always a Thomas Hotel staff member on-property?

A member of the Thomas Hotel team is on property and available 24 hours a day to assist guests. If a need arises, simply visit our front desk or call (903) 426-8958.

 

 

is there coffee in the Morning?

Beginning at 7am each morning, fresh coffee and muffins are available in the lobby. We’ve teamed up with two of our favorite local businesses to offer the best for our guests (The Foundry Coffeehouse and Village Bakery). All suites are also equipped with Nespresso machines.

 

 

Is there an elevator?

It is important to know our property does not have an elevator and all guest rooms except for our Main Level Premium Suites require stair access. A Guest Expert will always be on property and ready to assist with luggage portering. Since our main entrance is located on the middle floor, you should never need to travel more than one flight.

 

 

Is Smoking allowed?

No. A Designated Smoking Area is located outside and away from the building and guests are responsible for the proper disposal of cigarette butts.

 

 

Are dogs allowed?

In order to keep our property free of any unnecessary allergens or disruptions, The Thomas Hotel is not pet-friendly. We are happy to recommend a local boarding option. Please see our guest policy for additional details.
